Hawzah News Agency- At the ceremony, the director and producer of the film, along with cultural officials, highlighted the importance of presenting Islamic teachings through art and cinema. They described the Urdu dubbing as a step toward introducing the life and virtues of Hazrat Masoumeh (PBUH) to a wider audience, particularly the younger generation.
Mohammad Reza Soqandi, Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Qom, called the initiative a cultural milestone, noting that this was the first time a religious film was released in Qom with complete Urdu dubbing. He said the project fulfills the Supreme Leader’s directive to present Islamic works in the world’s living languages.
The film portrays Hazrat Masoumeh’s (PBUH) journey from Medina to Iran and her role as a model Shiite Muslim woman. Officials emphasized that art and cinema, with their international language, can foster solidarity among Muslims and deepen attachment to the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).
The program was organized by the Qom Municipality’s Cultural, Social and Sports Organization, the General Directorate of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Qom Province, Negah TV Institute, Soora Cinema Organization, and Venus Cinema management.
